Inna Blus-Kadosh has a diverse range of work experience, primarily in the field of research and laboratory work. From 2017 onwards, they worked as a Researcher at Orgenesis Inc, where they focused on the process of Transdifferentiation and reprogramming human liver cells. Prior to this, they served as a Laboratory Technician at AML Israel from 2015 to 2017. In 2013, they worked as a Research Assistant at Savicell Diagnostics, contributing to the development of a novel blood test for early cancer detection. In their earlier years, Inna was a Microbiology M.Sc student at the Bar Ilan Institute for Nanotechnology and Advanced materials (BINA) from 2011 to 2013, and also worked as a Medical Microbiology Teaching Assistant at Bar-Ilan University in 2012. Inna began their career as a Researcher in the MAGNET Program, collaborating on the development of anti-bacterial coating methods from 2010 to 2011. Prior to entering the research field, Inna held administrative roles as a Back Office Employee at Unilink Ltd. and as an Office Manager at Opal Systems LTD., both from 2007 to 2010.

Inna Blus-Kadosh pursued their education at Bar-Ilan University. Inna completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Biotechnology from 2008 to 2011. Following this, they obtained their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Microbiology, General from 2011 to 2013.
