Victoria Cichon

Victoria Cichon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Victoria is currently the Head of Customer Success, EMEA at Orgvue, where they lead the customer success team and ensures customer satisfaction. Prior to this, they held the position of Regional Manager, Customer Success, EMEA at Orgvue, where they contributed to organizational design and workforce planning. Victoria also has experience as a Customer Success Manager at Orgvue.

Before joining Orgvue, Victoria worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Next Jump, where they delivered outstanding customer service and support. Victoria also served as a Business Development Executive at MarkLogic, where they contributed to business growth and development.

In addition to their corporate experience, Victoria has a background in the non-profit sector. Victoria held various roles at AIESEC UK, including National Business Development Manager, Local Committee President, and National Manager, Global Community Development Programme. Victoria also served as a Local Committee Vice President and Marketing Team Leader within the organization.

Throughout their career, Victoria has demonstrated strong leadership skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to adapt to a changing business environment.

Victoria Cichon holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Reading.
