Diana Lamura-Scarrone

Diana LaMura-Scarrone is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the beauty and fragrance industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Global Marketing & Creative at Oribe Hair Care since December 2024, Diana previously held various leadership roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from June 2016 to December 2024, including Executive Director positions in Global Skincare and Global Product Marketing for Estée Lauder and Origins. Diana's career began at L'Oréal as an Assistant Manager in Global Marketing for Ralph Lauren Men's Fragrances, following internships at IFF, Arcade Marketing, and Givaudan. Educationally, Diana earned a Business degree with a Marketing major and an Italian minor from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, attended The Wharton School's William P. Lauder Business Symposium, and participated in fragrance education programs at Cinquième Sens and multiple institutions in Italy.
