Michal Pawlak

Michal Pawlak is a seasoned bioinformatics expert with extensive experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS) and genomics. Currently serving as a Senior Bioinformatics Contractor at ORIC Pharmaceuticals Inc., Michal also holds the position of Associate Professor and Group Leader at IHiT Instytut Hematologii i Transfuzjologii, leading the Laboratory of Blood Cancer Genomics. Previous roles include founding get2omics, working as a Bioinformatics Contractor at Roche through 7N, and serving in various scientific positions at the International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology in Warsaw, RIKEN, Inserm, and Université de Lille. Michal's academic credentials include a habilitation in medical sciences and a PhD in Molecular Biology, with broad expertise in molecular biology techniques, bioinformatics analysis, and integrative genomics.
