Dee Hughes

Dee Hughes is an experienced data analyst and business analyst with a strong background in HR and payroll systems. Currently employed at Orica as a Data Analyst in Global Payroll since July 2021, Dee specializes in data migration and cleansing for the Ceridian Dayforce implementation. Previous roles include T&A Test Analyst for Ramco Australia and Senior Business Analyst at Energy Queensland, where significant projects such as EBA alignment and SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation were completed. With prior experience at Commonwealth Bank as a Workday Business Analyst across 13 countries and various consulting and analyst positions at FlexiGroup Limited, Qantas, Turnpoint Solutions, and Mincom, Dee has developed a comprehensive skill set in HR system configurations, testing, and business improvements.
