Chintan B. is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in private equity and portfolio management. Currently serving as Managing Director & CFO for Asia Private Equity at The Carlyle Group since January 2018, Chintan has held various senior roles including CFO and Principal in fund management. Prior to this, Chintan worked at Starwood Capital Group as Vice President in Portfolio Management, focusing on opportunistic real estate investments. Chintan began a career at GE, where roles included Corporate Audit Staff and participation in the Financial Management Program, while also gaining international experience in multiple countries. Educationally, Chintan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from the University of Connecticut, along with a Bachelor of Science in Asia-Pacific Business from the National University of Singapore.
