Refiloe Masitsa

Refiloe Masitsa is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Africa South at Orica, Refiloe has also held the position of HR Business Partner focusing on the Southern Africa region. Prior roles include HR Manager at Thasitha Technologies and various leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, where Refiloe led initiatives in talent practice, diversity and inclusion, and employment equity. Early career experience includes working as an Accounts Manager Assistant at Paracon and as an Industrial Sociology Tutor at the University of Johannesburg.
