Santosh Kumar Kotagiri began their work experience as a Territory Sales Officer at Gandour India Food Processing Pvt Ltd in June 2010. SANTOSH KUMAR was responsible for handling distributors in Hyderabad, Adilabad, Nizamabad, and Karimnagar districts, as well as working with wholesalers, retailers, bakeries, and supermarkets. SANTOSH KUMAR also managed sales representatives, handled primary and secondary sales leads, and ensured product availability and visibility.

In August 2011, Santosh joined Ambuja Cement Ltd as an Executive, where they worked until December 2015.

Following this, they joined Kesoram Industries Ltd. in December 2015 as a Senior Sales Executive. Their responsibilities included sales management until March 2017.

SANTOSH KUMAR then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Mass Communication at Hyderabad Central University from 2007 to 2008. Santosh went on to earn an MBA degree in Marketing from Mallareddy Institute of Technology and Science (J.N.T.U) and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2008 to 2010, with a specialization in Marketing.
