Pradeep Garg

Pradeep Garg is the AGM (R&D Department/ Innovation Centre) -Team Lead at Orient Electric since June 2017. Pradeep has experience in product design and development for various appliances like fans, mixer grinders, coolers, compressors, and refrigerators. Pradeep has also managed exports, led R&D appliance and electrical/electronic test lab management as per ISO/IEC 17025, and played a key role in the Fans Star Labelling Program. With a background in electrical engineering, Pradeep has excelled in roles focusing on motor design, product management, team leadership, and product testing and reliability within the R&D field.
