Sourish De has over a decade of experience in the design and development of lighting products and electronic ballasts. Starting as a Manager at Osram India, Sourish has progressed to roles such as AGM and General Manager at Orient Electric, where Sourish has led R&D teams, set up group competencies, and worked on smart lighting projects. With a strong technical background in Radiophysics & Electronics, Sourish has consistently focused on innovation and managing ongoing product developments in the lighting industry.
