Sameera S. Premathilaka has over eight years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Assistant Manager at Orient Finance PLC since September 2018, and previously held the position of Senior Executive in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as Executive in Human Resource and Industrial Engineering at Antler Industries Private Limited and HR Executive at Antler Fabric Printers (Pvt) Ltd. Sameera holds an MBA from the University of Wolverhampton and a HND in Human Resources Management from the Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Education. Additional qualifications include a certificate in Industrial Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, an ACPM in Human Resources Management from The Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka, and a diploma in Information & Communication Technology from IDM Computer Studies Private Limited.
