Bhaskar Singh Rautela has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. Bhaskar Singh started their career as an Assistant Engineer at Punj Lloyd Limited, where they were involved in the construction of major and minor bridges, as well as other structures. Bhaskar Singh then worked as a Site Engineer at OMAN GULF COMPANY L.L.C, managing and monitoring various activities related to road construction. Bhaskar also worked at Soma Enterprise Ltd. as an Engineer, gaining experience in utility diversion planning, traffic diversion planning, and site coordination for the construction of underground stations. At ITD Cementation India Ltd, they served as a Senior Engineer, responsible for project monitoring, office coordination, and execution of site construction activities. Bhaskar also worked at Pratibha Industries Ltd. as a Deputy Manager, managing overall operations for the execution of construction projects. Bhaskar Singh later joined AFCONS Infrastructure Limited as a Senior Engineer, where they were involved in pre-estimation of raw materials for construction projects. Bhaskar's experience also includes working at Salini Impregilo as an Engineer, where they contributed to the construction of underground stations for the Red Line North Underground project in Doha Metro. Currently, they are working at Oriental Consultants as a Section Engineer, supervising the construction of deep underground stations and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.

Bhaskar Singh Rautela began their education in 1997 at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Business/Commerce. Following that, from 1998 to 2001, they attended Delhi University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General. In 1999, they pursued further studies in Civil Engineering at Pusa Polytechnic, Board of technical education, till 2002. Lastly, from 2019 to 2021, Bhaskar Singh Rautela attended The Council of Engineering & Technology (India), where they earned a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree with a specialization in Civil Engineering.
