Loay Abou Lymoun

Loay Abou Lymoun is a Lean Deployment Leader at Oriental Weavers since May 2022, where responsibilities include introducing lean tools to shop floor operations and enhancing organizational capabilities through employee training. Prior to this, Loay served as Project Quality Lead at Mintra from March 2019 to May 2022, overseeing project initiation and ensuring adherence to quality and cost requirements. Loay held the position of Shift Operations Manager at Cepack Group from February 2018 to February 2019, supervising daily operations and production plans. Experience also includes a role as Quality Control Engineer at HESNI (February 2016 - February 2018), conducting final inspections of woven fabric, and earlier internships and traineeships at Military Airplanes Factory, Egypt Air, and LEONI Wiring Systems Egypt. Loay holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design and Production Engineering from Ain Shams University (2009-2015).
