Ming Faih Wong-Burgess is an experienced service professional currently working as a server at Oriental Wok since October 2016. With a comprehensive background in various roles within the family restaurant, Ming specializes in enhancing guest experiences through a friendly approach. Additionally, as an intern and event lead at 3CDC from May to August 2023, Ming collaborated with customer service representatives and the event management team to surpass client expectations and ensure successful event execution. From May 2020 to August 2022, Ming co-founded an auto detailing company during the COVID-19 pandemic, gaining valuable entrepreneurial experience and developing a customer base in Northern Kentucky, Indiana, and Cincinnati, Ohio. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, with an expected graduation date in May 2026.
