Sherif Edward

Sherif Edward is the current Executive Manager - OEF at Orientals Group. Sherif has over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, starting their career as FO night in charge at Hilton Worldwide in January 2002. In September 2007, they were promoted to Night Manager at Hilton and held this position for 3 years until they joined Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC in October 2010 as FO Manager.

At Rotana, Sherif was in charge of the entire FO operation, reporting directly to the GM. Sherif was responsible for leading and managing all sections of the FO Department, preparing statistical and performance reports, facilitating annual budget and strategic plan preparation, monitoring and controlling department costs, controlling inventory, and ensuring company policies and procedures were adhered to.

In March 2017, Sherif left Rotana to join Orientals Group as their Executive Manager - OEF. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Sherif works closely with Orientals Group's Board of Directors to formulate and implement strategic plans that will ensure the long-term success of the organization.

Sherif Edward's educational career is a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Business/Management from the Faculty of Commerce.
