Jens Christian Greve

Jens Christian Greve serves as the Director and Head of M&A at Orifarm, focusing on deal execution and strategy since May 2014. Greve has extensive experience in M&A, having led transactions from negotiation to execution, and contributed to business assessments, financial evaluations, and due diligence processes. Prior roles include Senior M&A Manager, Head of Out-Licensing, and Manager of Commercial & Strategic Projects, as well as positions at H.J. Hansen Holding A/S and H.J. Hansen Vin A/S. Jens holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from the University of Southern Denmark and a valuation training certificate from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances. Additionally, Greve has served as Chairman of Round Table 14 Odense and as a Board Member for Solar Boat Fyn, reflecting a commitment to both corporate and philanthropic endeavors.
