Krzysztof Domian

Krzysztof Domian currently serves as the Global Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Oriflame Cosmetics since February 2023. Prior to this role, Krzysztof has had a long tenure at Unilever, starting in January 1995 and holding various key positions including R&D Manager for Central and Eastern Europe, where responsibilities encompassed the launch of food products across 19 countries and ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and regulatory standards. Krzysztof also served as Company QA Manager for Poland and the Baltics, focusing on quality management within the marketing and sales organization, and previously worked as Factory QA Manager overseeing two production sites in different product categories. Krzysztof began a career in the industry as a Production Shift Supervisor at Warsaw Margarine and Oils Plant in 1994 and was an academic teacher at Warsaw University of Life Sciences from 1990 to 1994, specializing in food technology and oils processing. Krzysztof holds a Master's degree in Food Technology and Processing from Warsaw University of Life Sciences, completed in 1989.
