Lydia Smeds has a diverse work experience in the cosmetics and accessories industry. Lydia started their career at KRISS AB as a Buyer/Marketing Coordinator, where they managed the buying process and supplier base for a wide range of commodities. Lydia then joined Oriflame Cosmetics, where they held various roles, including Global Buyer Accessories, Global Product Manager Accessories, and Global Senior Product Manager Accessories, where they were responsible for product development and managing the Accessories Fashion Team. Lydia later transitioned to roles as Global Brand Manager Colour Cosmetics, Global Marketing Manager Accessories, Global Category Director Accessories, and Global Marketing Director Colour Cosmetics & Accessories. Currently, Lydia holds the position of Senior Marketing Director Colour Cosmetics & Accessories at Oriflame Cosmetics.
Lydia Smeds completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at Stockholm University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Gothenburg School of Economics & Commercial Law. In addition, they attended ESSEC Business School in Paris, France for a brief period, focusing on Marketing. Currently, Lydia is pursuing studies in Digital Colour theory at Textilhögskolan, Borås Högskola.
