Jay Carstens

Jay Carstens, CCE, has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Client Experience at Origence since July 2008. In this role, Carstens focuses on enhancing client partnerships and leading a team dedicated to understanding and capturing customer feedback. Previously, Carstens held the position of Regional Vice President Sales at Origence, managing business units across multiple states to achieve corporate goals while overseeing staff development. Prior experience includes serving as Area Sales Manager at Triad Financial, where Carstens cultivated relationships with auto dealers in Nebraska and Iowa, and positions at Household Auto Finance (HSBC) and GE Capital - AFS. Carstens holds a BSBA degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
