Naman Mathur has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Naman started their career at Infosys as a System Engineer, where they managed multiple applications for a UK-based client and worked on the development of a new application. Naman then progressed to the role of Senior Systems Engineer, where they continued to work on cutting-edge technology projects with a business and user focus.

Following their time at Infosys, Naman joined Schneider Electric as an Intern in the Communications Department, gaining experience in marketing communications. Naman later moved on to Target, where they served as an Interactive Marketing Specialist and then as an Entrepreneur in Residence.

Naman then joined Uber, where they held multiple roles. Naman started as a Researcher - International Growth, contributing to the company's expansion efforts. Naman then became a Senior User Experience Researcher, focusing on user engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, they served as an elected Works Council member in the Netherlands, advocating for employee rights and well-being by collaborating with management and participating in negotiations.

Most recently, Naman joined Origin as a Product professional in 2021.

Naman Mathur completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from MICA | The School of Ideas, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dehradun Institute of Technology, graduating between 2006 and 2010. Their education journey began at Drona's International School, where they completed their Intermediate education in the field of PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) from 1990 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Naman has obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Lynda.com, Brainbench, and Google. These certifications cover a range of subjects such as Design Thinking, UX Concepts, AdWords Fundamentals, Analytics, Affiliate Marketing, UX Content Strategy, Adobe Reports and Analytics, Usability Testing, and AXure UX Design Tools. The obtained years for these certifications range from 2014 to 2017.
