Virginia Rovagna

Virginia Rovagna has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Virginia began their career as a Guest Relations Coordinator at Coined International in December 2010, where they organized and conducted intercultural programs worldwide. Virginia'sresponsibilities included customer service, member relations, coordinating local tourist activities, sales, student orientation, and budget management.

In December 2013, Virginia joined El Misti Hostels as an Assistant Manager. Virginia demonstrated excellent communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English while coordinating the operation and guest services of the hotel chain's eight properties. Virginia also played a crucial role in achieving the company's financial goals and operational milestones.

Virginia then moved to Blue Parallel in November 2014 as the Director of Operations, where they served as the Head of the operations team. Virginia meticulously executed VIP trips for white-glove travelers, managing teams across Latin America and Europe.
