Kim Irving

Kim Irving is currently the Head of HR at Origin Markets, where Kim leads various HR functions including strategic planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. Prior to this role, Kim held various positions at Deutsche Bank including Vice President in Internal Mobility where Kim led global communications, facilitated cultural change, coordinated events, and developed strong relationships with stakeholders. Kim also has experience in recruitment and programme management, career coaching, and restructuring/redeployment processes. Kim holds a BA in History and Politics from Newcastle University and a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Northumbria University.
