Ashley Payne has diverse work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Ashley is currently working as the People & Culture - Service Delivery Lead at Origin Energy, where they manage a team of HR Advisors and oversees various HR services. Prior to this, Ashley worked as a Senior HR Advisor at Guardian Childcare & Education, where they handled ER/IR matters and provided coaching and training to managers. Ashley also served as the Human Resources & Administration Manager at Strategem, where they managed HR functions and provided advisory services to clients. Before that, Ashley held various roles at Bendigo Telco, including Human Resources Manager, Service Desk Technician, Business Services Compliance Officer, Retail Sales Representative, and Business Development Representative. Ashley began their career at Telstra and AAPT, where they gained experience in sales and customer service.

Ashley Payne has a strong education history in the field of Human Resources Management. Ashley obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management from the Australian Institute of Business, completing the degree from 2019 to 2021. Ashley also earned a Graduate Diploma in Management (GDM) from the same institute in 2020.
