Edwina Hicks

Edwina Hicks (nee Porter) is an experienced professional in human resources and employee remuneration, currently serving as Head of Employee Reward and Benefits at Origin Energy since February 2009. In this role, Edwina also manages employee remuneration and oversees people separation and transition as part of a binding Scheme Implementation Deed related to Origin Energy's acquisition. Prior experience includes roles at Stellan Capital as a Consultant in Human Resources and various positions at Hender Consulting, Amnesty International, RSM Robson Rhodes, and Mitsubishi Motors Australia. Edwina holds a Commerce degree from the University of Adelaide, which was completed between 1999 and 2001, and attended Wilderness School from 1992 to 1998.
