Justin Burns-Grumont

Justin Burns-Grumont is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design and learning development, currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at the National Response Centre since September 2022. Prior to this role, Justin has held various positions at Origin Energy since June 2011, including Learning and Development Specialist, Business Trainer, and Senior Consultant/Coach. Justin's career began at McDonald's, where responsibilities included Crew Trainer from January 2005 to June 2011. Educationally, Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Deakin University (2001-2009) and a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from GOTAFE (April 2022 - February 2023).
