Kristy Hand is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in optimizing workforce management and enhancing customer support across various industries. Currently serving as Group Operations Leader at Origin Energy, Kristy has held significant roles at Optus as Community Manager and at Medibank, where responsibilities included overseeing Homecare Operations and Customer Support. At Medibank, Kristy transformed customer service management, while in their role as Head of Workforce Planning and Optimisation, Kristy successfully implemented processes that exceeded organizational targets. Prior to this, Kristy worked at GE Capital, managing Workforce Optimisation and Resourcing, and focusing on cost reduction and revenue enhancement through technology and resource optimization. Kristy completed education at St Michael's Grammar from 1987 to 1993.
