Shailen K.

Shailen K. has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Shailen started their career at IBM in 2015 as a Server Build Technician and later moved on to become a Data Security Analyst. In 2018, they joined Leidos as a Cyber Security Analyst. Shailen then worked at Capgemini as a Managing Consultant, specializing in Cyber Security. In 2019, they joined National Australia Bank as a Senior Analyst in Cyber Response. Currently, Shailen is employed at Origin Energy as a Senior Security Operations Analyst, and they are also serving as the Threat Simulation Lead.

Shailen K. obtained a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security from Charles Sturt University from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Computing Systems at Unitec | Te Pūkenga from 2012 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Shailen holds a GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst (GCFA) from GIAC Certifications obtained in February 2020, a GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) from GIAC Certifications obtained in February 2019, and a CompTIA Linux+ (Powered by LPI) from CompTIA obtained in July 2017.
