Luke Dirks

Luke Dirks is an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Officer currently working at Origin Wine since August 2023. Previously, Luke held the same position at Quantum Foods Holdings Limited for a brief period in 2023. Prior to these roles, Luke served as an Environmental Health Officer at the Department of Health South Africa from January 2022 to February 2023. Luke's career began in the hospitality sector as a Bar Supervisor at Ignite Events from June 2016 to December 2021, and included a short tenure as a Health Safety Environment Officer at Crown Food Group in late 2018. Luke holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, completed in December 2021.
