Siham Khoussi

Siham Khoussi is a seasoned engineering manager and technical lead with a robust background in software development and system design. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Origin AI since January 2024, Siham manages a cross-functional team of embedded software engineers and QA professionals, achieving a 40% reduction in onboarding time through effective documentation and training resources. As the founder of WaitLess, Siham identified inefficiencies in managing crowded lobbies, providing real-time updates to customers about their queue status. Previously, Siham contributed to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) as a Senior Software Engineer and Lead, where innovative network monitoring and intrusion detection systems were developed.
