Siham Khoussi

Siham Khoussi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager and Technical Lead at Origin AI since January 2024, Siham leads a cross-functional team of embedded software engineers and QA professionals while significantly reducing onboarding time through effective documentation and training initiatives. Previously, as the Founder of WaitLess, Siham developed a solution for managing crowded lobbies by providing customers with live updates on their queue status. Siham's background includes leading roles at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), where innovative monitoring systems and high-performance intrusion detection applications were designed and implemented. With a PhD in computer science from Université Grenoble Alpes and a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Mohammadia School of Engineers, Siham's expertise spans network protocols, data transfer applications, and energy-efficient technologies.
