  • Ensure the clear definition and articulation of value propositions, features, and delivery models for new services.

Sales Enablement & Commercial Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the sales and account teams to enable commercial success through training, tools, and resources.

  • Create compelling business cases and go-to-market strategies for diversified service offerings.

  • Act as a strategic partner to sales, participating in high-level customer engagements to drive buy-in and adoption.

Capability & Skill Development:

  • Define the skills and capabilities required for delivering diversified offerings across multiple enterprise software platforms.

  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure readiness and consistent quality in service execution.

Marketing & Customer Engagement:

  • Lead product marketing efforts, including campaign development and execution, to announce new offerings and demonstrate thought leadership in the enterprise software maintenance space.

  • Develop customer success stories and case studies to showcase the tangible impact of our services.

  • Promote the organisation as the trusted partner for extending the lifecycle and maximising the value of enterprise software investments.

Operational & Budgetary Management:

  • Manage development budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

  • Report on the progress and impact of initiatives to the Chief Strategy Officer.

About You

  • Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in senior leadership roles, preferably within software maintenance, enterprise IT services, or a related field.

  • Service Development Expertise: Strong track record of designing, implementing, and scaling innovative service offerings.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to engage with customers to identify needs and translate them into actionable strategies.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable outcomes.
