The Role
The Strategic Business Unit (SBU) at Origina focuses on serving the world’s largest customers. We are seeking a Pre-Sales Administrator to support the SBU team by handling administrative tasks, allowing them to prioritise client-facing activities. To succeed in this role, we need a highly skilled and motivated individual who thrives both independently and as part of a team. We’re looking for someone with the drive to excel in their role and actively shape its outcomes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills and gain experience across business operations, presales, sales, project management, and technology.
In the Pre-Sales Administrator role, you will:
Arrange and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed notes
Coordinate resources and secure necessary support for planning and customer meetings
Collect and organise information such as case studies and ticket data
Gather client research data using various tools and personal networking
Coordinate event logistics, including invites and responses
Create feasibility assessments, workbooks and assist in preparing commercial proposals
Maintain data hygiene in CRM (Zoho) and update information across accounts, customers, and deals
Keep account plans up to date
Use Copilot for research activities and analyse client data
Research products to understand dependencies for meeting preparation
Identify and populate IT organisations and hierarchies within prospects
Capture strategic initiatives affecting IT organisations of prospects
Optimise data sources into a single integrated view in account plans
Manage information and reporting
About you
A successful candidate will posses:
Strong skills in Excel, data and word processing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proven experience in a sales support or operations role
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software with prior Zoho experience being an advantage
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools
An interest in technology and aspirations in sales operations, presales, sales, and technology
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, marketing, data analytics, or relevant experience
Ability to work in a way that aligns with our values of Trust, Fairness, Relationships, and Opportunity
