Magdalena Ogonowska is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner at Origina since January 2022. With expertise in partnering with global hiring managers to source and recruit talent for the computer software industry, Magdalena manages the entire recruiting process to enhance the candidate experience. Prior experience includes founding Caterpillar Coaching & Consulting Ltd, working as an Associate Career Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison, and holding various HR roles at companies such as Davy, Barnardos Ireland, and Arup. Magdalena holds an Advanced Diploma in Leadership & Executive Coaching from Kingstown College, a Master’s Degree in HRM from Technological University Dublin, and a Bachelor Honours Degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from University College of Humanities in Gdynia.
