Caitlin Cotton

Caitlin Cotton is an Inventory and Purchasing Specialist and former Customer Service Manager with over a decade of experience at Original Sprout, beginning in June 2012. In the current role, responsibilities include overseeing operational requirements, scheduling, and employee training. During the previous tenure as Customer Service Manager at Original Sprout, Caitlin contributed to strategic planning, implemented quality standards, resolved issues, and analyzed customer service trends. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Accountant at Credit Exchange Corporation, where tasks included maintaining accounting records and reconciling bank statements. Caitlin holds a High School Diploma in Theatre from Los Angeles High School for the Arts and pursued further education at Orange Coast College from 2004 to 2012.
