Paul Serafy

Paul Serafy currently serves as Managing Director and General Counsel at Origo Works, a position held since February 2023, while also acting as General Counsel for VARCO Investments and Proficiency Testing Service. With extensive legal experience, Paul held various roles including Associate at ATLAS, HALL & RODRIGUEZ, LLP and Royston, Rayzor, Vickery & Williams, LLP, as well as Attorney at Stanton LLP. Prior to their current positions, Paul gained experience as General Counsel at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP and served as a Law Clerk at U.S. District Courts. Paul's educational background includes a Juris Doctor in Healthcare Law from Baylor University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science and Latin American Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
