Amir Cohen

Amir Cohen is currently the Field Ops Manager at Oriient. Prior to this, they worked as the Import Department Manager and Team Leader at ITL - Israel Testing Laboratories from August 2017 to May 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing, establishing, and managing the field of imports at the company. This included managing finances, creating work and training operations, monitoring goals, managing projects, and formulating new processes. Amir also managed a team of 6 engineers and 3 project managers.

From May 2021 to present, Amir has been with Oriient as the Field Ops Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing Orient's field operations, which includes talent management, motivating employees towards meeting goals, establishing a fruitful and inclusive climate for maximizing employee potential and welfare, and overseeing Orient's information system project. Additionally, they manage customer relations and acquires new customers through lecturing at conferences and visiting customer sites.

Amir Cohen has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Financial Management Services from The College of Management Academic Studies, a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Information Technology from The College of Management Academic Studies, and is a certified business coach from T.U.T. - Business Coaching School.
