Katie Mortlock

Katie Mortlock is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Business Partner in People & Capability at Orion NZ Ltd since January 2023. Previously, Mortlock held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at FINN Partners Singapore from January 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities included providing HR advice and aligning HR services with business needs. Prior to that, Mortlock worked as a Human Resources Consultant/HR Advisor at RMIT University from July 2001 to December 2010, offering consultancy on various HR issues.
