Greg Jordan

Greg Jordan, Ph.D. is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Orion Federal Credit Union since August 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology at the same company from March 2022 to August 2022. In 2021, they were a Board Member and Director of Partnerships at UXPA International. From April 2021 to March 2022, they worked as the Vice President of Software Engineering - Knowledge Graphs at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Greg also has experience as the Founder & CEO of Graph Story from May 2014 to May 2021. Greg had an adjunct professor role in Data Science at Southern Methodist University in April 2018 for a short period. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Web Development at Methodist Healthcare from December 2008 to August 2014. Greg also held multiple roles at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, including Director of Internet Development, Lead Software Developer, and Internet Developer - Technical, from 2002 to 2008. Greg started their career as a Web Developer at Unified Health Services in 2001 and later worked as the Manager of Web Development at 3Re.com from 1999 to 2000.

Greg Jordan, Ph.D. holds a PhD in Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication from The University of Memphis. Greg also earned an MBA from Christian Brothers University, an MA in Professional Writing and Composition Studies from The University of Memphis, and a BA in Creative Writing from The University of Memphis. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Christian Brothers High School in Memphis. In addition to their formal education, Greg has obtained several certifications, including CompTIA Security+, Neo4j Graph Data Science Certified, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Neo4j Certified Professional, SCJP, and Certified Linux Administrator (LPIC-1).
