A.J. Kait

A.J. Kait has a long and varied career history, beginning with their role as an Intelligence Officer in the US Army from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they worked as a Systems Analyst at Ogden/ERC from 1988 to 1993. A.J. then worked as a Managing Consultant at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting from 1993 to 2000. From 2000 to 2010, A.J. Kait held two roles at Campbell Soup Company, first as Senior Director of Global R&D Strategy and then as Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Development/Licensing. In 2010, they established their own consulting firm, A.J. Kait Consulting. From 2005 to 2011, A.J. Kait was also a Trustee and Chairman of The Princeton University Store, and from 2004 to 2011 they were a Trustee and Treasurer of the Princeton Charter Club. Finally, from 2011 to the present, A.J. Kait has been the Executive Vice President of Operations & Finance at Orion Fleet Intelligence.

A.J. Kait obtained a Diploma from The Haverford School in 1980, followed by a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and an AB in Biochemistry from Princeton University between 1980 and 1984. In 1991, they obtained an MBA in Strategy & Marketing from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
