Maura Ciammetti

Maura Ciammetti has over 10 years of professional experience in customer success, client services, lead generation, sales, marketing, and reservations. Maura began their career in 2010 as a Reservations Sales Agent at Gate 1 Travel. Maura then moved on to Sonesta Hotel Philadelphia in 2011, where they held roles as Sales Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and Sales Coordinator. In 2013, they became a Lead Generation Specialist at WizeHive, where they worked with cloud-based application management. Maura then joined ZenQMS in 2015 as the Director of Client Services, where they developed quality management software for the enterprise. Since 2017, they have been a Customer Success Manager at Orion Fleet Intelligence.

Maura Ciammetti attended Texas A&M University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
