Seth Matheson

Seth Matheson currently serves as the Head of Talent at Orion Group since June 2022. Prior to this role, Seth held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Redesign Health from November 2021 to June 2022 and was the Director of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at Veeam Software between July 2018 and November 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Toast, Inc. and Director of Service Delivery - RPO at Monster. Earlier career roles span from a Sr. Staffing Consultant at Fidelity Investments to positions at Split Rock Partners, Accelerated Cure Project, Apex Systems, and State Street Bank. Seth holds a degree from Roger Williams University, attended from 1998 to 2003.
