Seth Wartak

Seth Wartak is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and finance across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Orion Group, Seth leads a substantial $300 million P&L, managing multiple acquisitions. Previous roles include President of Interior Facilities Maintenance, where revenue growth from $5 million to approximately $200 million was achieved in just 14 months, and Operating Partner at Cold Bore Capital Management, responsible for M&A due diligence and platform value creation strategies. Earlier experience includes strategic finance positions at Walmart and operational leadership in the US Navy, where commendations were earned for logistical excellence. Seth co-founded Fairbooks, gaining recognition in Y Combinator, and holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Duke University.
