Will Adams

Will Adams is the founder and co-CEO of Orion Group, a company that partners with exceptional field services businesses to help fuel their growth. Prior to founding Orion, Will was a founding partner at Alpine Investors, a private equity firm investing in middle market growth companies. Before that, Will held a consultant role at Mitchell Madison Group and sales and marketing roles at The Clorox Company. Will's educational background includes an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BA in History, English, and Economics from Colgate University.
