Chip Earle

Chip Earle serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Orion Group Holdings, Inc., starting November 2023. Previously, Chip held multiple senior leadership roles at Newpark from September 2018 to April 2023, including VP and General Counsel. Prior to that, a tenure at Bristow Group spanned from July 2012 to July 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing legal, compliance, and support functions while managing a $12 million budget. Chip's legal career also includes significant positions at Transocean, Baker Botts, and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, with a foundation built on a JD from The University of Texas School of Law, an MBA in Energy Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business, and a BA in Pre-med and Finance from Middlebury College.
