Shallee has held various senior-level positions in reputable companies such as Orion Group Holdings, Inc., Baker Hughes, GHX Industrial, LLC, CCS-Certified Customized Staffing, and American Campus Communities. Throughout their career, Shallee has implemented HR initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and has provided strategic direction for HR operations teams. Shallee holds an MBA degree and certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), and Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
