Andrea Long

Andrea Long has over 20 years of experience in human resources and people management. Andrea is currently serving as the Global Head of People at Orion Health since August 2021. Prior to this, Andrea worked at AA New Zealand for four years as a Senior Human Resources Manager, where they played a significant role in providing excellent service and value to 1.5 million members. Andrea also held the position of HR Business Manager at B. Braun Medical for five years, where they led a team of 10 direct reports and was responsible for developing and implementing HR strategy. Earlier in their career, Andrea worked at Virgin Media, where they held various roles, including Lead Operational People Partner and People Manager. Andrea also has experience in the public sector, serving as an HR Manager and holding positions in resourcing and occupational health. Andrea's expertise lies in strategic HR management, building strong relationships, and driving business strategies.

Andrea Long obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Lincolnshire from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA from Sheffield Hallam University from 1996 to 1998.
