Katy Brooks has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Katy started their career as a Sales Assistant at Debenhams in 2007 and later worked as a Marketing Executive at Informa UK from 2008 to 2009. Katy then joined IPC Media as a Subscriptions Marketing Executive, where they managed a portfolio of consumer boating magazines and led key multichannel campaigns.

In 2010, Katy became a Marketing Executive at Emap and was later promoted to Senior Marketing Executive (Health Titles) and eventually Marketing Manager. Their responsibilities included collaborating with various teams to create on-brand marketing material and testing new renewal strategies.

In 2014, Katy joined Auto Trader UK as a B2B Marketing Manager, and the following year they moved to Orion Health as a Marketing Projects & Campaigns Manager. In 2016, they were promoted to Senior Marketing Manager, where they became responsible for all marketing activities for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, with a focus on the UK and UAE. Katy also developed key internal relationships globally to ensure successful regional marketing delivery.

Katy Brooks completed their A-levels at A grade in Maths, Government and Politics, and Economics at Newstead Wood School for Girls, from 1999 to 2006. Katy then pursued a BA degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at Oxford University from 2006 to 2007. In 2008, they obtained a Diploma in Professional Diploma in Marketing from London School of Marketing - Chartered Institute of Marketing.
