Arun Paul

Arun Paul is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Orion Innovation since May 2019, Arun specializes in People & Culture building, M&A, HR technology, and HR transformation. Prior to this role, Arun held the position of Head of Human Resources at Incedo Inc. from July 2015 to May 2019, where strategic and operational HR leadership was provided globally. At Syntel, Arun worked from November 2007 to June 2015, contributing in various capacities, including Global Head of L&D and Head of Human Resources for the KPO Business, focusing on talent transformation and change management. Earlier career experiences include HR management roles at Tata AIG and Direction One Consulting, as well as legal practice at KKCP Associates. Arun holds a PGDHRM from the International School of Business & Media and an LLB from Govt. Law College, Ernakulam.
