Stan Raba

Stan Raba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design operations and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Design Operations at Orion Innovation since November 2021, Stan oversees various operational workstreams, including analysis, budgeting, revenue tracking, and team building, while also evangelizing the Experience Design practice. Previously, Stan held roles at Bowery Residents' Committee as a Program Manager, where responsibilities included optimizing reporting for funded programming, and at AllianceBernstein as a Senior Project Manager, directing the production of high-volume marketing materials. Additional experience includes account management at Messina Design and retail functions at Fishs Eddy. Stan possesses a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Arts from Purchase College and further education from Polimoda/FIT in Florence.
