Omar Rivera

Omar Rivera has a robust background in the lighting industry, starting with roles at OSRAM and GE Lighting from 1997 to 2013. Omar then moved on to leadership positions at Orion Lighting and LEDVANCE, where they spearheaded product development and market growth initiatives. Most recently, they served as Senior Vice President Market Development of Products and Technology at Orion Lighting, demonstrating expertise in advancing technology integration and channel market development.

Omar Rivera obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from California Coast University in 1997. Omar later completed two Executive Programs at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2018 and 2019, focusing on Digital Business Strategy and the Internet of Things. Additionally, they hold certifications as a CLEP-Certified Lighting Energy Professional and a Lighting Certified individual.
