Joe Diersing has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Joe started their career as a Senior Account Executive and Team Leader at Executive Search Ltd. from 1997 to 2002. Joe then worked as an Account Executive at Lucrum Inc. from 2002 to 2004. Joe then joined Surrex Solutions Corporation, where they served as a Senior Consulting Services Manager for seven years. Joe was responsible for placing mid to senior level professionals in various positions. After Surrex, Joe worked at NexGen Consultants as a Senior Recruiter, Account Manager, and Director, focusing on providing a value-added recruiting experience in the IT market. Since 2012, they have been with Orion Talent, initially as a Team Leader and Senior Recruiter at Novotus, a Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) company. Joe then progressed to become a Recruiting Manager, Director of Recruiting, and currently holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Orion Talent.
Joe Diersing attended Taylor High School from 1987 to 1990. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan from 1990 to 1994.
